30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be in the original packaging.
Include any accessories or manuals (if applicable).
Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at velnora966@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your request is approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at velnora966@gmail.com. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged items caused by the customer.
Items returned without original packaging.
Gift cards (if applicable).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
